Initial appointment booking / register on our online platform
You can either book your first appointment below or create an account on our online platform directly.
If you book an appointment with us, we will call you to go over the platform and send you a registration link in your email. If you choose to create a new account on the platform directly, you can already fill out the initial form after which we will call you to confirm everything.

Fill out the initial form & upload the required documents
The second step in the online tax preparation process is to fill out the initial form directly on the platform. This is what gives us an overview of your entire situation.
Afterward, you can also upload your required documents directly on the platform.

Delivery of the results
After you finish step 2, we start working on your declaration. It takes us 3-5 business days to prepare it.
We then send you a summary of your income tax declaration results and an invoice for our services directly on the platform, where you can download everything in PDF format.
Finally, you can call us or send us an email afterward if you need additional explanations.

Sign the authorization
After your declaration becomes available on the platform, you can then sign the authorization so we can send your tax declaration electronically to the government.

Pay for our services
After you sign the authorization, you can then proceed to payment with a credit card directly on our platform, or send us an Interac e-transfer manually.

Get your tax refund by direct deposit
After we receive your payment, we send your declaration to the governments electronically.
You will then receive your tax returns by direct deposit into your bank account in 8 working days.
